Can you help me renew my driver’s license?

No. The Arkansas Revenue Department can assist you with your driver’s license. Please contact their main office at 501-682-4692 or visit Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration for additional information.

Can you assist me with my vehicle title, registration, or sales tax issue?

Does your office take credit cards?

No. We do not currently accept credit cards. The Commission prefers licensees pay by check, but will accept cash with proper receipt provider.

Do you license used motor vehicle dealers?

No. The Arkansas State Police Used Vehicle Dealer Division currently regulates used motor vehicle dealers in the State of Arkansas. You may contact their office at 501-618-8600.

Do you accept consumer complaints against new motor vehicle dealers?

Yes. One of the Commission’s primary purposes is to protect consumers, and we have a process in place to allow consumers to file complaints against dealers. Please go to Complaints for a detailed description of the complaint process and to obtain the consumer complaint form. You may fill this form out online; however, you must have the form notarized prior to submission.
