**PLEASE READ IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE RENEWING ONLINE**
The renewal application and fee can be completed online (see link below); however, some License Types (Commercial, Residential Builder, Unlimited Home Improvement) requires more information to complete the renewal. See below for more information. The missing information cannot be uploaded during the online renewal portal. These can be either faxed to 501-372-2247 or emailed to contractors.licensing.board@arkansas.gov
Once the online renewal is complete, this portal cannot be used again until the next year
Any application not complete (completed renewal, fee, financial) by the expiration date of the License will owe a $50.00 late fee. In most in cases, for timely renewals, the License is extended approximately 6 weeks once the renewal application is received to allow additional time to complete the application. Even though, the License maybe extended, there will be a $50.00 late fee needed if the application is not complete by the expiration date.
